Breakfast Parfait

Many of you saw yesterday's post, and you may be wondering...

How do you make that?

Raspberry-Peach Yogurt Parfait

1 cup plain Greek Chobani yogurt
1/2 a free-stone peach, chopped
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 TBS honey
1 TBS sliced almonds
1 tsp flax seed

You can layer this in a glass,
or just pile it into a bowl; (drizzle the honey over it last to get even dispersal)
either way it's delicious and oh-so-pretty!
                               Calories 297!
