Day 33: Girls Night Out

Sometimes once in a while you've got to enjoy a night out and the night off! This evening I went to friends house for ladies night! I got an invitation about a week prior, so I decided this would be both a rest day and cheat day and prior to the event I spent the rest the day being productive and making good choices. 

Food
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of WW toast and half a grapefruit
Snack: 3 chocolate zucchini muffins and a cup of jasmine green tea
Lunch: a veggie sandwich and 2 HBE's
Snack: 1 small apple
Dinner: I didn't have dinner because I ate lunch later on in the evening and then I knew I was going to Ladies Night so I saved my calories!

Exercise: I took the day off!!

I spent the evening enjoing girl-talk, laughing, gabbing and nibbling fall tapas;

What was on the menu?
Crustini's with onions and goat cheese tapanade with a balsamic vinegar reduction

Roasted accorn squash squares garnished with maple, pumpking spice & bacon
Fresh apple slices with fall dips: Greek yogurt and honey dip, homemade salted caramel dip, and whipped peanut butter dip

And to drink-
Mini cran-appletinis 

It was fabulous, scrumptious and very well enjoyed by me as well as my lady-friends. Thanks so much Meagan B for the fun night and the great food!
