They say for optimum healthy you should drink at least 64 oz of water daily. But a lot of time time, I hear people complain that they just don't like drinking water, or that they just can't seem to parcel it out throughout the day or that drinking that much water takes too much effort.
Then let me make a reccomendation for my FAVORITE tool for making drinking water super easy!
The Contigo Kangaroo water bottle
I LOVE this water bottle! It has a totally leak-proof spout button, so that you could hold it complettely upside-down and it won't leak or drip, but tip it back, push the button, and drink freely, using gravity to make drinking at least 8oz water at a time easy and fast! It also has a carabeener clip on top, a spout cover, has a "pouch" compartment big enough to hold a key, ID, credit cards or cash if you don't want to haul your purse to the gym, and is totally BPA free!
The thing I love MOST about this bottle is how fast and easy it makes it to drink water FAST! Unlike to-go drink cups with a straw, which takes the sucking-energy to drink, this bottle makes it totally natural to just kick back a few cold ones; cold, refreshing ounces of water at a time! I usually fill and drain the bottle so fast, that I don't remember drinking so much water so fast or effortlessly - and I LOVE IT! It makes it so easy to get your 64+ ounces of water every day!
Just drink 2 1/2 to 3 of these babies every day and you're set in the H20 department :)
