It's day #3 and we are making two delicious recipes that go hand-in-hand.
Yep, it's Mashed "Potatoes" and Golden Gravy baby!!
Garlic
& Romano Cheese Mashed Cauliflower
Just cauliflower makes 4 servings, with potatoes, makes 8 servings

1 head cauliflower
4
medium red potatoes (can be omitted)
4-6 cloves garlic, peeled
1/3 c Greek yogurt
1/3 c grated Romano cheese
Salt & freshly cracked pepper

Clean
cauliflower and break into large floret pieces. In a large piece of
aluminum foil, tightly wrap cauliflower florets and peeled garlic
cloves that have been seasoned with salt and pepper and place in
350°F oven and bake for 1 hour or until tender. Put into a ricer or
a food mill to get the best even, consistency, then mash until smooth
& creamy. Add yogurt and mix in well. Add the grated Romano
cheese and season with salt and pepper as desired. Makes 3-4
servings. Can be made ahead and reheated in a 350°F oven until
piping hot.
Golden Gravy
Ingredients

tsp vegetable Better Than Bouillon
3-4
cups of Turkey drippings from roasting pan
Salt
Pepper
White
Wash
½
cup gluten-free All-purpose flour
½
cup water
Directions
1.
Pour off the turkey drippings from the roasting pan into a sauce pan.

Whisk 2 tsp bouillon to the drippings until thoroughly mixed
3.Whisk
“white wash” - flour and water thoroughly until smooth & lump
free
4.
Bring the drippings & stock to a boil, and then slowly whisk in
“white wash”, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly
to thicken.
5.
Add salt & pepper to taste
