Here's a healthier way to satiate you sweet tooth, while still getting some great protein from the yogurt and nut butter, without all the fat and calories :)
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 TBS P.B. or Almond Butter *
1 TBS sweetener like truvia or splenda
1 TBS chocolate chips**
¼ tsp vanilla extract
*(if you warm up the nut-butter in the
microwave for about 15 seconds, stri and then give it 10 more if it
needs it it will be easier to mix into the yogurt)
**(mini chips are better for more even
chocolate dispersal throughout the “dough”)
Directions: Mix all together, and eat
as-is, or freeze, for “fro-yo” :)
