Fish Sauces-Marinades

Lemon-”Butter” Rosemary Sauce
Ingredients
1 TBS liquid “I can't believe it's not butter spray”
4 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary



Sweet Chili Sauce
Ingredients
1 TBS chili powder
2 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
4 TBS EVOO



Yogurt-Dill Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 TBS dill
2 TBS lemon juice



Honey-Dijon Sauce
Ingredients
3 TBS honey
3 TBS Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp pepper



Oregano-Paprika Sauce
Ingredients
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp paprika
4 TBS EVOO
4 TBS lemon juice


*Directions: For each sauce, the directions are the same: Mix all the ingredients together. You can put into a plastic bag with fish to marinade before baking, or spoon straight over fish directly before baking.


I cheated on the Teriyaki marinade, and just used a bottle from the store :)
