I did end up working out on the treadmill last night doing interval runs up to 8MPH, and wouldn't you know it, I hurt myself. Immediately afterward as I was doing my cool down, I felt something around my left hip start to complain. Remember, pain is the body's way of telling you to pay attention and do things differently. So, I slowed down, hopped off, and went into my stretching routine.

Breakfast: 2 HBE's and pumpkin oatmeal
Snack: sliced turkey, mini peppers and a string cheese
Lunch: a cilatnro-lime chicken & quinoa burrito bowlSnack: 2 small bananas and a string cheese
Dinner: chicken parmigan with whole wheat noodles, steamed broccoli, and a broiled grapefruit with cinnamon for dessert!
EXERCISE
I listened to my body, took it easy today to let my body heal, and did plenty of stretching!!
