FOOD
Breakfast: a pear, a string cheese and some mini muffins with a cup of tea
Snack: a luna bar, apple sauce
Lunch: some sliced turkey, and I don't remember specifically, I had a "grazing" lunch vs a sit down lunch, which I would reccomend
Snack: a medium size sweet potato with ricotta cheese
Dinner: 1/2 portion of a craft-2 size naked burrito bowl
Tip of the Day
When you eat, if at all possible, SIT DOWN and enjoy your food. Today I didn't, and I don't even remember what I ate. Lame. Well, I remember a little. It came back to me.
Today's Temptation
My man-candy husband. I can't resist him! :)
EXERCISE
I cleaned the whole house in prep for the hubs to come home. Then I got some exercise :))
